page is a snap. You just type in a form and press submit.
Benefits to Writers
Whether you are considering
commissioned work, self publishing or getting published by a
main stream publisher "MyScribeWeb" membership has many benefits
for the writer.
- You will find all the
resources to create your e-books, covers etc if self
publishing.
- Your Own Profile page can be
used to give an example of your work. Or to advertise a self
published work. We invite publishers on a regular basis to
look at your work in the Authors Directory. You will also
have your own URL to the Profile Page which can be used for
your own promotions.
- Unlike other manuscript
submission sites we do not charge a fee on a per manuscript
basis. We will host as much or as little as you choose. Make
changes as often as you choose. The hosting fees are
included in your membership fee.
Most publishers are inundated
with more manuscripts than they are prepared to handle. An
introduction to a publisher is a rare and very worthwhile
commodity. We can not guarantee that you will be published, no
amount of exposure will make a publisher like your manuscript.
However a publisher who has requested a manuscript from you,
after seeing your work on your profile page is much more likely
to give it serious consideration than if you solicit the
publisher.
Literary Agents are also regular
visitors to the Authors Directory. They are often looking for a
particular genre in short supply at any given time.
